These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of bodyspeaksbetter.com (the "Website") and the purchase of services and products offered on it. The Website is operated by Body Speaks Better, founded by Kanan Tandi, based in Goa, India ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We offer 1:1 online sessions (coaching and psychotherapy), live and recorded courses and workshops, service packages, digital products (such as ebooks), and corporate training engagements. Each offering's description, inclusions, duration and validity are stated on its page on the Website.

2. Bookings & scheduling

Session bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with the session details.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. Sessions missed without adequate notice are considered utilised.
Packages are valid for the period stated on the package page (for example, 12 months from purchase); unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered an alternative slot or a full refund for that session.

3. Payments

Prices are listed on the Website in Indian Rupees (INR) and, where indicated, in US Dollars (USD) for clients outside India.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept the payment methods Razorpay offers (including UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not collect or store your card or banking details on our servers.
A purchase is complete when the payment gateway confirms the transaction. If an amount is debited but no confirmation is received, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Discount codes, where offered, are subject to their stated conditions (validity, usage limits, applicable services) and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Digital products & courses

Access details for digital products and recorded courses are delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically immediately after successful payment.
Access is for your personal, non-commercial use. Sharing, reselling or redistributing course content, recordings or ebooks is not permitted.

5. Not medical or emergency care

Psychotherapy and coaching services offered here are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care, and no diagnosis or prescription is provided. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately. We may refer you to appropriate clinical care where that is the right course.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — text, videos, course material, graphics and branding — belongs to Body Speaks Better unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Conduct & ethics

Our work is evidence-based and governed by our Evidence & Ethics charter. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue an engagement that requires unethical use of behavioural science (for example, deception or manipulation training), with a refund of any unused portion.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Goa, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
