Aviation · behaviour detection & passenger-facing teams

An aviation team needed two things at once: security staff who could screen behaviour without profiling, and cabin/ground staff who could read passenger frustration early enough to defuse it.

Kanan ran a two-day on-site program — mornings on the science (baselines, microexpressions, cluster reading), afternoons on live drills built from the team's own incident scenarios. Screening staff left with a structured observe-decide-escalate protocol; passenger-facing staff left with a short de-escalation playbook they still use in briefings.
